Stack your dishes in an organized way, and bring them to the dish pit crew.
Wipe off Tables
Wipe off Benches
Set Benches on top of CLEAN (not sticky!) tables
Sweep under your table area
Raise Hand for the Lodge Fairy to Dismiss your Table
Clean up after meal:
Everyone at the table passes plates and cups down to the "foot" of the table (adult sitting at the end of the table on the dish pit side of the lodge)
The person at the foot of the table combines the contents of drinks into as few cups as possible and scrapes all dishes into scrape buckets (large coffee cans with spatulas - Kirby should have these)
Everyone at the table stacks silverware on one plate
One all dished are scraped tables, tables identify 2 campers and at least one adult to stay and clean. The rest of the table may leave the lodge.
The 2 campers and 1 adult bring the scraped dishes and silverware to the table outside the dish pit and stack them with similar dishes. Silverware goes in a bus tub. Drinks get dumped in the sinks in the dish pit or one large bucket on the table. Scrape buckets get emptied into the trash can and empty buckets are stacked under the table.
They can then wipe down tables and benches and sweep under their tables.
The lodge ferry will dismiss tables once they are completely cleaned.
