Money Earning Applications
G.I.R.L. Conference is now taking applications for vendor booths.
Please read the information below and complete the Booth Request page. You will want to return the booth request to Ann as soon as possible as the vendor booth spots are filled on a “first come, first served basis”. There is room for only 9 total tables 3 food booths (one breakfast & lunch, 2 lunch/snacks) and 6 non-food money earning items.
Guidelines:
Leaders/Advisors and Girls must consult Safety Checkpoints and current GSWW policies on money-earning as a starting point.
Only one table* space per money-earning item. If you wish to sell food and an item, you’ll need to submit two applications. Items should be something the girls made versus commercially purchased items. (*you must provide your own table)
Troop booth requests must include information on what they plan to do with the money earned.
Things to consider:
Vendors must supply their own table, electrical cords and chairs.
Food vendors should contact Ann Maroney (contact info below) in advance to find out what other food vendors are selling. We limit the event to 3 food vendor’s total.
There is no guarantee on the number of people who will purchase your food items. The G.I.R.L. Conference participant confirmation letter will include the list of food items vendors will have available to purchase during their lunch time.
Food vendors will only be able to sell the items they are approved for when their application is processed and completed, if you need to make a change you need to contact Ann Moroney immediately and get approval.
We will not duplicate the same food item with multiple vendors.
Next Steps:
Complete GSWW’s “Troop/Group Money Earning Project” form and submit to your Troop Program Manager.
A copy of the approved form must be attached to this application. (This can take two to three weeks for approval – plan accordingly.)
Complete the below form and return to Ann Maroney, 17363 Peterson Rd, Burlington WA 98233 Or scan and e-mail to skupmaroney@comcast.net
After your request is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know if your request has been approved.
If you have questions you can contact Ann @ 360/840-5839.
