Participant Documents 

For all troops and IRM's staying overnight, you need to fill out the Short Trip Travel Application and submit to your Service Unit Manager (SUM) or Volunteer Support Manager (VSM).

• All areas must be filled in including transportation info, birth dates, training etc. You may attach a roster of girls/adults, but info must be complete.

• All adults must be registered members with current background checks. 

• You can see the status of your parents at MY GS when you log in to GSWW. If a parent/adult needs a CBC, contact customer service at GSWW. 1-800-541-9852 or email CustomerCare@girlscoutsww.org

All troops and IRM's attending will need to have a completed High Risk Activity Permission Slip. Troop Leaders will turn this in during check in. 

• Please fill out the form provided by the Encamporee staff granting permission for your scout to participate in high risk activities. Activities include slingshots (available for all ages), archery (Brownie and above), and the climbing wall (5th grade and above). 

• All campers participating in these activities will need a completed form. 

• Troops can obtain an editable form to fill in their arrival and departure times, as well as a troop contact person for parents to connect with during the event.
